Plan for a fantastic year with the HR Planner

From my own time in HR, I know how hectic it can be. With so many people, projects and dates flying around, it can be hard to keep track of everything.

This inspired me to create the HR Planner. It’s a trusty companion that sits on your desk and helps you stay on top of it all, whatever working life throws at you.

Back by popular demand

Since I launched the first HR Planner a few years back, I’ve been overwhelmed with the amazing response it’s received. First, as a free download, then as a durable hard-backed version.

I’m delighted to announce that the 2024 edition is now available.

Filled with helpful features and simple, reassuring activities

  • Goal-setting activities: These guide you through setting meaningful goals for a more successful, satisfying year. People often tell me this is their favourite part.

  • Quarterly planning page: This helps you to make sure your key goals and activities are spread across the year as evenly as possible, so that you aren’t overwhelmed.

  • Monthly review pages: Once you’ve set your goals, these pages will keep you on-track to reach them.

  • Quarterly review pages: Review & reset your goals at key points throughout the year

  • Monthly awareness dates: Awareness, inclusion and special dates, all immediately to hand. They’re great for prompting thinking about new initiatives to launch and providing a natural tie-in with existing events.

  • Key HR tasks checklist: What you need to do, and when you need to do it, so that nothing slips through the cracks.

  • Weekly planning: Trying to cram To Do lists into one day can feel overwhelming, and writing out leftover tasks again is never fun. So, these weekly pages help you break down tasks into more manageable parts, spread across the week.

  • Praise pages: A space to keep positive feedback you receive throughout the year – a great way of recognising the progress you’re making and boosting your confidence.

  • Spiral bound: Lays flat when open for ease of use.

  • Year at a glance: Located on the back cover, for quick reference, it’s a simple way to check how many weeks you have for projects when planning them in, to ensure there’s enough time to get everything sorted without rushing.
