This passion for helping people with their careers inspired me to channel my HR experience and coach training into founding Bright Sky Career Coaching in 2016.
After years of helping hundreds of people, across many sectors and levels, I realised that I got the most joy from coaching HR and People professionals. So, since September 2022 I now focus all my efforts on supporting them. To help more ‘People people’, I’ve hand-picked a small team of expert coaches, also with an HR background, who share Bright Sky’s values.

Fay Wallis
Founder
Career & Executive Coach
Following a successful background in HR and Recruitment, for organisations big and small, Fay discovered a passion for career coaching, leading her to set up Bright Sky Career Coaching in 2016. She is proud to have helped hundreds of people, spanning a range of roles and sectors, to achieve career success and fulfilment.
Fay also hosts the 5-star rated podcast, HR Coffee Time, interviewing experts and sharing tips to help HR professionals with their own careers.
When not coaching, she enjoys spending time with her large, sprawling family, devouring good books, playing cardio tennis, and walking her dog Cookie, who’s “a bit of a diva, but adorable”.

Irene Broomfield
Career & Executive Coach
Irene is an ACC certified coach and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, with over two decades of experience working at a senior level in Human Resource Management.
Irene pivoted her career to become a full-time coach so she could dedicate more of her time supporting people who wanted to achieve more from their careers and lives. She loves helping people create purposeful careers, re-ignite their passion for work, realise their potential, and re-set their lives, so that they can feel happy and fulfilled again.

After a successful HR career as a senior leader, Sarah discovered coaching and changed career to support other people to enjoy career success. She is passionate about people feeling career confident and authentic in what they do.
